As we've always said, almost no one reads Apple's (or anyone else's) Terms of Service. Bruce Willis apparently got around to doing that - ok, his lawyers probably did - as he set out to bequeath to his three daughters his vast digital collection of music from iTunes.
He now understands that he bought a license to that music which Apple's iTunes says is non-transferable. Press reports indicate that he is considering suing Apple, a move which a lot of folks who are just thinking about digital rights might applaud.
Amazon has the same sort of license - hat tip to Jim Blue for passing along this news report.
May Bruce have reason to shout out once again "Yippee-ki-yay mother******!"
