I am a member of the ABA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force which will be meeting this Sunday in Dallas. Our primary task is to draft a handbook for lawyers and law firms about cyberattacks.
My particular piece of this book relates to the investigation and remediation of data breaches. I know many RTL readers are involved with digital forensics and information security.
