Totally fascinating reading - you'll want to read Bruce Schneier's "Data and Goliath" - I know I do.
I agree with Snowden that it is possible that he could have done more good if he had come forward sooner - once programs become entrenched, it is harder to roll back the clock and eradicate them.
Which shouldn't stop us from trying!
